It is 2020 and it's appaling that we need to fight for basic rights. I hope you understand somewhat now the meaning of this movement. If you do here are some ways to help our cause down below.

Sign petitions even if it doesn't look like it will make a difference. Read this article in this link for a bigger explanation on why you should sign petitions. Why you should sign petitions? Try to educate yourself and other people because knowlefge is power and so is your voice
Donate if you can. There are videos that you can watch with tons of ads that donate to the movements with out you putting out money. Here's one of those videos
