In this day and age it can be hard to believe that a thing like racism still exist. In some cases people don't know that they are being unintentionaly racist by believeing and feeiding into the racist stereotypes. So Here I will put the dictiornary definition of Racism and I will give an example. According to Merrian Webster Racism is, "a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race". An example of this would be to say all African American woman are loud, agrgressive and ghetto. When we know that it is not possible and wrong to base the whole group of a stereotype. Systemic Racism is also known as institutional racism. Which means that it is a form of racism that has become a sense of normalcy and is a normal practice. If that was hard to see than down below is a video explanation.
